A Workshop for When “Doing More” Isn’t the Answer

When something feels stuck or unclear in our business or healing practice, the instinct (and the mainstream advice) is often to do “more”… strategize more, offer more, fix more, give more.

But what if what’s actually needed is something quite different? What if, instead of pushing harder, you’re being invited to pause, reset, and recalibrate your relationship with your business at the energetic level?

This is not your typical business workshop. It’s an opportunity to step out of the noise, the pressure, and the constant efforting - and return to a state of alignment with your work, your offerings, and the deeper current of energy that’s guiding it all.

An Experiential Workshop
Set within the potent window of the Strawberry Full Moon, we’ll gather in a grounded, intentional space - one that allows you to exhale, soften, and shift from striving to deep listening. Throughout this half-day experience, you’ll be intuitively guided through a series of practices designed to:

• shift your awareness from the noise of the mind to the deeper wisdom within

• release energetic blocks and resistance that may be limiting your expression

• reconnect you with your business as a living, evolving relationship - one that can be listened to and trusted

• soften patterns of over-efforting, inviting more ease, flow, and receptivity

• open you up to greater clarity, alignment, and a renewed perspective

How the Day Will Unfold

Opening — Arriving + Connection
We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao circle (cacao is optional; tea will also be available). Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that supports a deeper connection to yourself and your inner guidance. It is intentionally prepared to enhance emotional clarity, presence, and intuitive insight.

Recalibration — Clarity + Realignment
You’ll be gently guided through a series of intentional, spacious experiences designed to help you step off the mental hamster wheel and into a deeper relationship with your business. This time invites clarity to emerge, underlying patterns to surface, and a natural return to alignment.

Activation — Energy + Sound Healing
We’ll move into an immersive energy and sound healing experience to support the release of anything held in the body or energy field that may be keeping you out of alignment. This portion is co-held with my soul sister and fellow intuitive energy healer & Reiki Master, RaChel Benyair. Together, we create a powerful, shared field that opens the space for deeper healing to unfold. Sound healing will be intuitively guided by Judy Martin, whose presence brings a gentle, organic layer as she plays in attunement with the energy in the room.

Integration — Grounding + Reflection
We’ll close with space for both private and group reflection and integration, allowing you to anchor what’s shifted and carry it forward with greater clarity and intention.

This experience is open to healers, practitioners, creatives, and soul-led individuals who feel called to reconnect with what’s most true and aligned within themselves and their work, path, or next chapter. This may include:

…and anyone who feels called to bring their new or existing work into deeper alignment from a heart-led space.

You do not need to own a business to benefit from this experience. While much of the workshop will speak to our relationship with work, purpose, and expression in the world, this space is equally supportive for those standing at the edge of something new - a creative project, a healing path, a life transition, or an inner knowing that something is ready to shift or come alive.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, stagnant, uncertain, or caught in patterns of over-efforting, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what wants to unfold naturally from within.

*A NOTE ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO: All participants receiving cacao will be required to sign a release & waiver of liability prior to the event. Ceremonial cacao is NOT recommended for individuals with heart conditions (including, but not limited to, heart attack, irregular or rapid heartbeat, pacemaker). If you are taking an SSRI or MAOI-based antidepressants, it is strongly recommended that you consult your medical provider before ingesting cacao and that you begin the ceremony by ingesting only half of the ceremonial dose; after which, you may use your own discretion as to whether to ingest more.
