Nature is, in my experience, one of the most potent medicines available to us - especially at this time for humanity. The healing the natural world offers is simple, yet incredibly benevolent and profound.

Inspired by what I’ve been discovering through my own recent experiences in nature, I’m excited to invite you into a 4D Nature Immersion Experience, an opportunity to step away from the pace and patterns of everyday life and reconnect with the natural world in a more conscious and receptive way.

Through a meditative nature walk, an optional cacao experience, and intentional community connection, we’ll explore what becomes available when we slow down, become present, and open ourselves to the subtle energies and wisdom of Mother Earth.

This is an invitation to listen differently, feel more deeply, and notice what is often overlooked. To attune to the subtle and sacred frequencies of nature and to experience what can happen when we allow ourselves to simply be rather than constantly do.

And what better time to immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature than Fall, when the landscape is putting on one of its most spectacular displays? There is something deeply nourishing about slowing down enough to truly take it in. The vibrant colors. The crispness of the air. The changing landscape. The sounds around us. And the quiet wisdom that nature so generously offers.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to have any particular spiritual practice. You simply need to come with an open mind and a willingness to slow down, connect, and experience.

*A NOTE ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO: All participants receiving cacao will be required to sign a release & waiver of liability prior to the event. Ceremonial cacao is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions (including, but not limited to, heart attack, irregular or rapid heartbeat, pacemaker). If you are taking an SSRI or MAOI-based antidepressants, it is strongly recommended that you consult your medical provider before ingesting cacao and that you begin the ceremony by ingesting only half of the ceremonial dose; after which, you may use your own discretion as to whether to consume more.

Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I Training & Certification
A transformative journey into the healing energy of Reiki

Are you feeling called to explore the world of energy healing?

Join me for an introduction to Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I, a gentle yet powerful practice that invites us into a deeper awareness of energy, intuition, and our own capacity for healing.

Reiki, pronounced “ray” “key,” is a Japanese hands on energy healing technique that supports the body in restoring balance and encourages energy to flow more freely.

Just as a massage therapist works with the physical body to release tension, Reiki works with the energetic body to support relaxation, balance, and well being. Many people experience Reiki as calming and restorative, with benefits that can be felt physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Reiki is not a religion and can be incorporated into your personal belief system, regardless of your spiritual or religious views.

During this weekend long training, you will receive the Usui / Holy Fire® Reiki Level I Placement and learn:

• The history of Reiki
• What Reiki is and how it works
• The science and energetic principles behind Reiki
• Reiki tenets and techniques
• How to practice Reiki on yourself and those you love
• Hand positions for self healing and treating others
• How to work with Reiki energy safely and intentionally
• Grounding and protecting your energy

This training combines learning, discussion, hands on practice, and personal experience. Rather than rushing through the material, we create space to slow down, practice the techniques, ask questions, and experience the energy for yourself.

I intentionally keep class sizes small so there is room for individual attention, meaningful connection, and a supportive group experience. Reiki can be a deeply personal practice, and my intention is to create an environment where you have the space to explore your own experience while building a strong foundation in the practice.

You’ll also have opportunities to:

• Deepen your connection to your intuition
• Explore your own relationship with energy
• Practice Reiki in a safe and supportive environment
• Connect with others who are exploring their own healing and spiritual paths
• Begin incorporating Reiki into your everyday life

Whether you feel called to Reiki as part of your personal growth, want to learn a practice you can share with yourself and those you love, are curious about energy healing, or simply feel an inner nudge to explore something new, you are welcome here.

All students will receive a take home manual and a Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I certificate upon completion of the training.
