The Sacred Flame: Fireside Sound Bath + Gridwork Gathering

Join us for a nourishing evening around the fire as we open our hearts - first to receive, and then to give. This gathering is both a time to restore your own energy and to contribute to the greater good, weaving your presence into the collective web of light.

We’ll begin with a restorative sound bath, as you relax into the healing frequencies of sacred instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and drum. Allow the perfectly tuned sounds to bring you into a deep state of balance, harmony, and replenishment.

From this space of renewal, we will then come together in planetary gridwork - channeling light, love, and positive intentions into the Earth’s energetic grids to support healing for our planet and all of humanity.

This event is for all who are interested! Anyone can do gridwork - all you need is the desire and intention to do it.

Please try to arrive 10 minutes before we begin so you have time to get settled. I encourage you to wear comfortable and warm layered clothing.

RAIN DATE: In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on Sunday, October 12th.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or a comfortable reclining chair (one that supports your head is strongly suggested)
A warm blanket (or two! - it will likely get chilly)
Eye mask (if desired)
Leg bolster (if desired)
Water bottle

Optional:
Feel free to bring any sacred instruments of your own for the gridwork portion of the session (drums, crystal singing bowls, etc.)
Your favorite crystal(s) to use for the gridwork and charge with high-vibrational energies of the sound bath

• How to root your business in alignment instead of fear, comparison, or pressure

• Releasing outdated beliefs about success, visibility, and self-worth

• Creating offerings and structures that support both your soul and your nervous system

• Embodied practices to stay clear, grounded, and energetically resourced while holding space for others

• Showing up in your visibility with integrity, softness, and courage

• Building a business that reflects who you are, not who the world tells you to be

• Three live 2-hour sessions via Zoom
